Somebody was able to come out the same day that I rang and do a temporary fix whilst the necessary parts were ordered. Once the parts arrived they returned the following day and it was all sorted. Professional, polite and efficient from start to finish.

The process to arrange the technician was very easy and efficient. The Technician arrived promptly, was very polite and repaired the door quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable about the job.

they turned up said that i needed a tanker and pump specialist. He said there is no way we should open the man hole without a specialist tanker. Later i found out from the tenant that he did try to open the manhole but didn't have the correct tools. The found a different drain person. he turned up opened the man hole no rush of water and found the pump had been turned off by the first drain engineer. complete rip off.

Fantastic customer service, the lady on the phone arranged for someone to come and replace a piece of broken glass. The fitted did a great job and the window / frame looks better than before. Thanks
