Was a bank holiday and all toilets suddenly became blocked. I called Alex and his team and quite frankly I’m over the moon. They arrived on time and considering it was bank holiday they were very reasonably priced. One thing that surprised me was that they didn’t try to upsell which I’ve had from other companies. I will be keeping them on speed dial and being a landlord will be using them for my other properties from now on. Keep up the good work guys.

Excellent work from Alex on what turned into a difficult job. Alex worked so hard and successfully resolved the problem. I can't recommend him high enough. He is coming back in early summer to do another job. Alex's team has completed 2 more jobs: the second was urgent and Adam responded immediately. Information and explanations were clear. Both jobs were completed successfully and again i cant recommend Alex and his team highly enough.

I use better drains for a few jobs at McDonalds stores in Bournemouth and Poole. They went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues after all drains were blocked. Not only did they unblock the drains they made sure they were all clean and free from sewage. A camera was used to inspect showing evidence to the customer that the issue were gone. Alex is easy to talk to and we’ll solve mostly any drainage issues. What a fantastic company 10 out of 10 in my eyes will be using them for the future..
