Gavin came to do a job for me today. From my first phone call to him to the finished job he was so helpful, and professional. The price was very good too and the nicest man you could meet. Would always recommend.
Gavin responded to an urgent request on a Saturday as I had water coming through the kitchen ceiling from a leak in the bathroom. He came out promptly, identified the issue, obtained the relevant parts & completed the works in a timely manner. He also left the area clean and tidy.
Fantastic service. I had contacted a few plumbers for availability and price but they either never replied or booked me in then never turned up. Then I messaged Gavin who responded promptly, gave price over the phone and explained the quality of his parts used and guarentee of work. He then let me know 1 hour before arrival and turned up exactly at time agreed. He was very fast and could see quality of products was high. He tested before leaving and there was no mess. Highly recommend

Had 2 small but continuous leaks from cisterns over flowing, said he would attend 5 times, did not attend 5 times, did not let me know he was not coming 5 times, very inconsiderate, very expensive - single lady, pensioner, on a water meter, wish he'd just said job too small not interested at the outset, and I could have asked someone else straight away, instead of a week, and gallons of water later. In reply to your comment that you know nothing about this job. It just shows how interested you were in helping, and how insignificant my plumbing problem was. 23rd June you said you could do the job. 24th June you said you would come following day - 25th. The 25th you said you were having an issue with the van ?? I offered to come and collect you, no reply. 26th June I asked if you were coming - you replied see you this afternoon. 26th June 6pm I asked if you were still coming. I missed shopping and a hair dresser appointment waiting for you. Next offer from you was 8am 27th June - guess what - another no show. It was expensive because I am on a water meter with 2 leaks. I have NOT reviewed the wrong Company My review is neither disingenuous nor fabricated I resent the implication. I am trying to warn other people of how reliable Clear Plumbing Solutions is.
