The septic tank was emptied as instructed. Customer services are helpful. Happy with the cleanout. What more is there to say? It's a crap job...!?

Driver phoned an hour before he attended, on the right day to inform us of his arrival, very efficient, very polite, no mess, happy to recommend CSG and will use them again next time we need the cess pit emptied (2 years).
Professional service from CSG. Speedy response times from initial enquiry and supporting documentation sent by email along the way showing ethical and complaint discharge of effluent waste. The driver/technician (Andy) was great and very helpful explaining what he was going to do and what I could do to help maintain in between clearances. Excellent service.
