CSG Saltash

CSG is a UK waste management company registered in England and Wales and licensed by the Environment Agency. It provides household sewage services, including cesspit and septic tank emptying, maintenance and repair, and sewage treatment plant and septic tank installations. For industrial and commercial clients, services include hazardous waste, waste oil, drainage waste, industrial cleaning, emergency spill response, total waste management, and centrifuge and dewatering system hire. The company also offers training courses and nutrient neutrality services.

Around Plymouth, CSG Saltash carries out the emptying and upkeep of septic tanks, cesspits and treatment plants, together with sewage disposal and waste water treatment. A recurring theme among reviewers is a professional job from start to finish, backed by prompt reactions when a clearance is urgent, including one account of an emergency cesspit empty completed within three hours of the call. Punctuality and communication before arrival are mentioned repeatedly, with a driver telephoning ahead on the agreed day and clearances taking place when promised, among them a Marsh treatment plant emptied more than once over a period of years.

The conduct of the team draws frequent praise, with Andy and Richard named and described as polite, friendly and efficient, explaining the work and giving useful guidance on how often tanks should be emptied. Tidiness features too, jobs being finished without fuss and without mess, while the paperwork that follows is said to demonstrate that effluent waste is handled responsibly. Reviewers describe the charges as reasonable and say they would return for later clearances. The core work remains septic tanks, cesspits and treatment plants.
