London customers repeatedly single out Craig and Peter, the two names that surface most often in accounts of emergency call-outs and long-running maintenance work. Reviewers describe how the pair diagnosed blockages immediately and cleared them rapidly, in some cases within minutes, including jobs that other firms had been unable to resolve. The work covers blocked waste pipes, flooded front gardens, leaking soil pipes and routine drain cleaning, with the replacement of a patched soil pipe by a properly finished one cited as an example of the standard achieved.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the expertise on show: customers mention being talked through the problem and put at ease during stressful situations, and advice on avoiding future blockages is noted too. Reliability recurs across the feedback, including one commercial client who has relied on the team for a decade on both domestic and commercial premises. Politeness, reasonable charges and a willingness to go beyond what was asked are highlighted repeatedly, as is the quick response when matters are urgent. Reviewers also value the friendly, supportive manner throughout and describe the firm as family run, with several saying they have passed the details on to friends.
