We had a broken metal manhole cover in our privately owned driveway. Who do you ask to get such a thing fixed. Clearly an hazard and needed repaired quickly. I came across DrainAgain’s excellent website and apart from all the drain jobs listed - maintenance was also offered. I telephoned yesterday and spoke with Chris. I sent him a photograph of the issue and he came this morning. A new cast iron manhole discussed and fitted and by Chris from DrainAgain Environmental Services. Recommend him and this service highly.

Fantastic job by Chris in sorting out damp on our garage wall caused by the patio being built too high. Chris was out to assess the site within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem and talked me through potential solutions. He sent through a detailed quote shortly after and gave a realistic ETA of when works would commence and how long it would take. The job itself involved lifting the patio to let the wall dry out, installing an acco drain, recovering the patio and sealing the wall. He patiently talked me through everything he was doing and everything was left clean and tidy. Very knowledgeable, reliable and pleasant professional. Highly recommend!
Had a terrible blocked drain from Kitchen, has caused trouble for a couple of years, Chris came out when he said he would, didn't leave until he'd sorted it. He has all the modern kit to get the job done fast!! Absolute gentleman wouldn't hesitate to recommend this guy. Thanks Chris great job 👍
