Kevin has always been very responsive and recently undertook the replacement of a long section of my outside drains. He is excellent at keeping in contact and providing updates and delivered the work very thoroughly and professionally. His team were all equally helpful, polite and friendly. He is very considerate and works incredibly hard. I would highly recommend him and will use him again if needed.
Absolutely outstanding service. The team came to unblock our toilet and were professional, reliable, and trustworthy from start to finish. They not only resolved the issue quickly, but also clearly explained where the problem was and how the waste pipes are connected outside, which gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done. It is rare to find a team that combines great technical knowledge with such honesty and care for the customer. There are simply not enough words to praise the quality of the service. Amazing team and highly recommended!

Mark came out to assess the issue and clearly explained, and showed me, what the problem was. The follow up appointment to do the work was offered the following day, but I couldn’t do the date, so work was booked in for a few days after. Communication was great throughout and the job was completed to a high level. Would definitely use these service again.
Kevin helped me the same day when I had a drainage issue. The house and system was old so the layout was puzzling. He talked me through each step and his process for finding the blockage. He also showed me the camera footage so I could understand where the flow was restricted. I’ll be booking him back in to do a full descale to avoid these problems in future. He was great, really helpful, would recommend.
