Very disappointed with what service we didn't receive this time. But bear in mind that I have been using this company for close to 10 years, I had to constantly re contact to arrange a date to empty our septic tank, we were eventually told that we are down for an a morning tanker so waited in. After 5 hrs I finally gave in and called to find out when the tanker would be arriving to be told that they would call straight back. After another hour wait, we were then told that "because an accident has just happened on the M1, it would be another 1.5hrs at least" Quick check with highways agency and the M1 is clear, why lie to customers? it just annoys them off even more. Cancelled the tanker and went with a competitor, saved £165 on the quoted cost from Environmental Services.

ESC made short work of emptying a septic tank which hadn’t been cleared in many years. They were prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. Highly recommended.

Environmental Services are currently employed emptying our sewerage tanks on a weekly basis at our site compound in South Yorkshire.
