Had a drainage leak. They came over assessed the job and had it completed in no time. No messing top service couldn't ask for better

A foul smell in my sub floor turned into a big job. Gary investigated and found the problem very quickly and gave me a price and returned the day after with 2 workmen. They dug up my drive, jetting out a blockage, removing the internal soil stack which was broken, installing an external one and connecting up the loo, sink and shower. Connecting new pipe to the sewer pipe and relaying concrete flags. They did a brilliant job to get this all done in 2 days. I escaped to my daughters and left Gary the key, otherwise I would have had a meltdown! Communication has been great and the invoice included a very detailed report for my insurance company. I felt the price was very reasonable for the amount of work undertaken by 3 men over 2 days. I have found that some trades can be dodgy when dealing with an older female customers. However, I can recommend Excel Drainage without hesitation.

Panic-stricken with an overflowing drain, I called Excel drainage and they were at my house within a couple of hours. Gary quickly located the issue and had it cleared without any fuss. Gary was polite and courteous, and the price was very reasonable. Cannot recommend them highly enough for emergency, prompt, and honest service. Excel definitely lives up to their name, fast communication and call out on a Sunday within the hour. They unblocked the drains, top service, we know who to go to for any issues! Would highly recommend!
