Great service and excellent quality

Guy driving this van pulls out into a lane as we’re coming to stand still with no indicator or warning. Slammed my brakes on causing the car to lock up. No apology or wave of the hand to say sorry. Best part is… he then went back into the lane he moved from in the first place to cut traffic up on the roundabout. Bravo. Terrible representation of the brand.

I just witnessed an Excel Drainage van on the Newport Pagnell Road throwing a used energy drink can out of the window onto the road. Who do they think is going to pick it up? Can you really trust a business that has no thought for the Environment or littering. Do not use.

Had a member of the Excel drain team at my property on an emergency call out for a blocked drain. The guy that came was absolutely brilliant. He dealt with the problem and took the time to check all the drain runs trying to work out why we had the blockage. He didn’t have to do any of that. He went above and beyond. It was late evening and with a long drive home but he didn’t rush or cut corners. Very professional. Everything was left spotless too. Highly highly recommend Excel Drains .

Turned up promptly to un block our drain within an hour of calling guys were very polite and respectful of our home would definatley use this company again highly recommended

I had no use of any of my toilets shower etc we literally couldn’t use anything I tried contacting several firms but was told it would be 24 hours before they could get an engineer out to me! I spoke to a relative who had a similar problem and they told me about excel drainage so I contacted them and they got an engineer out to me within the hour absolutely brilliant service and a very good price 100% would recommend them
