Just had Jason come around earlier and from beginning to end it’s been excellent. I had an overflowing outdoor drain since Sunday and called Jason Monday morning, he answered the phone and confirmed he can come around early afternoon (he managed to come much earlier which was a bonus for me). Polite, friendly and got the job done in no time. He also cleaned up the mess which was very nice of him and explained what had potentially caused the blockage. Absolutely top class service. Highly recommend. Number saved and will use again in future if ever needed!

I contacted Jason through the recommendation of my estate agent. We have recently moved into a 1949 property, with concrete floors throughout. A common issue with this age/type of flooring is concrete sulphate attack which can occur when water ingress happens to the red ash hardcore/underfloor. We wanted to assure ourselves that the drains were intact and in a healthy condition, and that no water ingress was happening. Throughout the whole process, Jason was helpful, friendly, polite and professional. On arrival, he explained the process of the visit/inspection and then carried this out thoroughly using a jet wash to clear any blockage and then a camera survey to see inside all drains. At the end of the visit, he gave me a verbal overview of what he found (thankfully it was a positive 'all clear') and answered the questions I had. He sent me a report later that day, confirming his findings. The price he charged was very fair and competitive. I would totally recommend Jason and First in Drains for anybody requiring any kind of work on their drains. Thanks Jason.

Huge shout out to Jason at First in Drains. He has again come out immediately (within 30 mins of me calling him to sort out our drain issue). I had reported a sewage issue to Severn Trent (poo was coming out of a manhole outside a property we rent out with 8 students in it). Severn Trent said that they would try to come out in 3 days’ time. The issue escalated hugely the following day so I called them again and they said they could not come out any earlier so I called Jason and he came straight out to the house and cleared it within an hour from when I called him. Jason always responds very very quickly to any call and will come out to the problem within a short space of time. He is easy to deal with, very experienced and efficient at sorting it all out and doesn’t charge the earth as I would fully expect him to do as I almost always call him when there is an emergency! We have 9 rental properties at Blackthorne Estates Limited and knowing that we have Jason who is 100% reliable, efficient (and reasonably priced) means that I don’t get stressed out when we have an issue with any of the drains. Jason at First in Drains is thoroughly professional and very efficient. He surveyed our old drains and some at a property we are looking to buy.
