Flow-Right Drainage Services

Newcastle upon Tyne callers describe Flow-Right Drainage Services as a dependable choice for drainage and plumbing troubles, with reviewers repeatedly naming Shaun for his friendly and efficient manner. Speed of response and the standard of the finished job stand out across accounts: one customer recalls him arriving within hours of a call, while another tells of a blockage traced and cleared on the spot after a smell was noticed at a local shop. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the willingness to investigate further than expected, with more than one drain found blocked and all dealt with in a single visit, and to explain how a drainage system is arranged and how to keep it flowing.

Charges are called cost efficient, reasonable and affordable, and communication before and after the work is praised. Tidiness features too, including a customer noting that the area was cleaned up afterwards. Repeat custom runs through the feedback, with one landlord using the service across multiple properties and another returning for a second job. Reviewers also value the handling of plumbing faults alongside drainage clearance, and the helpful, professional conduct throughout.
