Really professional and efficient service. The issue I had was a long term problem that the former owner of my property had employed numerous companies to address but never resolved. Flux diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem then spent time in mapping and clearing out the damaged pipes so an ongoing maintenance routine can be implemented to manage an issue that will always exist, but can now be controlled by simple routine procedures. I am really happy with the outcome and will now use the Flux team again to help manage the rest of my complex Georgian water supply and drainage system.

I'm just finishing off a ten year refurb of my 1850s cottage, so I have some experience with engaging contractors to handle the jobs I can't/am not allowed to. It seems to be rare these days to find businesses that are at the same time competent, prompt, flexible, efficient, tidy and reasonably priced. I'm happy to say that this was the case with Flux Sewer – Ben and his team went out of their way to accommodate my wishes as they constructed a new drain for my property. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone who needs any drainage work done.

We called Flux Sewer Ltd to line an old clay sewer pipe system, without the disruption of trenchwork. Ben was very professional, and overcame issues as they arose by giving clearly explained and quoted solutions. Provided a written report including videos to catalogue work done. Highly recommend.

I don't give out 5* lightly. Fantastic service from 2 honest blokes. Fast, efficient, and actually came in cheaper than the quote. Ben decided that some of the work I had asked for a quote on didn't need doing. Both the guys who came were polite, well-spoken and friendly. My drain was repaired quickly and cleanly, and as I said, cheaper than the original quote, which was already considerably cheaper than the quote I had from another company.
