Used them for several years, the chap that came was a lovely guy. This year someone else turned up a day earlier than planned when no one was home, we explained this when they called and they said they couldn’t now do the agreed day. They then said they couldn’t do it anyway as it involved blocking a single track road yet in previous years it’s been done without fuss! The only way it can be emptied is blocking a road for a short time. Don’t waste your time with this company. No idea what’s happened but don’t bother!!

I had a water treatment plant installed a year ago. I have had nothing but problems. I have spent thousands on trying to rectify the problems. I have had go tankers out to the house on more than 10 occasions. They have offered no fix or solution and are now ignoring me and the problem. I cannot warn you enough. I will be having the whole tretament plant replaced and and seeking damages

After a site visit for a new soak-away to a privately owned road, which seemed very positive, I have waited over six weeks for a quote. I have contacted the office numerous times but the surveyor who it seems is freelance has not supplied a quote or answered my calls. I could not recommend this company as they seem totally unreliable.
