The engineer was incredibly knowledgeable, detailed and experienced. As a retired drainage surveyor, I called them out. I held an in depth discussion regarding the situation, lining, CCTV footage, the back-fall in the line and excessive root penetration. He was the first out of all the contractors who could answer the basic questions. So I escalated the questions and found he was an exceptionally talented man. I highly recommend them to you. As for the costs. The costs of not doing it severely outweighed the costs of doing it. Much appreciated.
