Great people and easy to work with! Their drain unblocking process is pretty simple and clean at the same time. They don't make a mess and they make sure that you don't even notice they are there! Highly recommend them to anybody that needs solid drainage contractors!

Avoid these at all costs!! Book in with them to fix an issue at my house on Thursday, they said they would be there first thing saturday. come saturday morning 11:30 heard nothing from them, dropped them a message, got a reply at 1pm to say they won't be there until 5pm! Sent me a message a little later asking if i can pay cash as they dont carry card machines at weekend (always sounds dodgy when businesses say this) Comes 5pm, a no show again! They ring me at 6:30 and let it only ring once, i ring them back 30 seconds later, ignored... Sunday Morning (starting to become an emergency now) drop them a message "are you coming today or shall i ring someone else as its needs doing ASAP" - Reply: Yes, sorry about yesterday, we will be there at 4pm! So much for first thing Saturday. Guess what happend at 4pm - NO SHOW, NO PHONE CALL, NO MESSAGE, NO ANSWER OF PHONES, NO NOTHING. So i waited in all weekend for absolutely nothing, and now i'm going to have to ring an emergency plumber to come out urgently which will cost a lot more money. If you don't value your time, and/or you want to deal with a bunch of people who clearly don't know how to run a business and will do nothing but waste your time and cost you money then hit up these absolute jokers! All you had to do was message me and say, "we can not come" and i would of phoned someone else and then there wouldn't of been an issue, why make me wait all weekend just to not even show up at all, clowns.

Very Disappointing as I did some work for KT Civils and despite promise of payment on many occasions nothing was forth coming, Would not recommend this company

Poor service. We had a blocked run off drain, called KT civil to advise and fix back in June. Booked a survey but only surveyed main sewer drains to see if it was running into them which I had already eliminated but couldn't actually survey the blocked runoff drain. Supposed to have got a report next day - never received one just got fobbed off with some technical error. Big waste of £80. They tried to redo survey for report but never turned up! They then was supposed to call Severn trent to get them to check public runoff. Never happened. They kept saying due to covid severn trent would not come out. Had to keep chasing kt civil to see what they were going to do. Very poor communication. Eventually I called Severn trent and they came out same day so no idea what kt civil were on about. In fact they did better survey and more helpful than kt and didnt cost a penny! Complained to kt about poor service and requested refund for poor service and survey which they said they would. 3 weeks later no refund and no communication from them. Got another company to fix the drain in the end within a week not 3 months!

Had a blocked drain. Engineers came quickly and solved the problem in no time, quick and without any hassle. Definitely would recommend
