Lanes Drainage Services UK - Aberdeen

After scottish water had been working on collapsed sewage pipes in street I discovered my drains out back overflowing with sewage 🤮 phone S.W took 24hours to come out stated he didn't want to put plungers down incase they got stuck and that because it was on private property its my problem coincidences aside 😡 thankfully I have home emergency cover ( tesco ) phoned them said someone would contact me .... 10 minutes later lovely lady from Lanes called me said someone should be with me in an hour ..... dom dom dom knock at door hero ( not in a Cape 😂) arrived (unlike S.Water did not sit in his van for 20 minutes eating his lunch ) got right to business had to go find fire hydrant to fill up flush machine returned had to use quite a length of flush piping ( so maybe issue wasn't on my property S.Water 😡 flushed and cleaned up area refused offers of tea /coffee this hero called Jason was polite worked quickly to resolve issue. A lovely lad and redit to his company

4 times work carried out by lanes on someone else's behalf, 4 times property damage. Refused to help, was told they would feedback to the company requesting work, cant tell me if they did and main company telling me they didn't so they aren't interested. Unsure if poor workmanship or a bigger problem due to this.

Came instantly in an emergency with car keys in the drain very quick process , would highly recommend

Terrible driving tonight by one of your vans, PF15 AMO, near Bridge of Don. Blocking merging traffic and cutting into traffic without indicating.

Worst company ever. Look out for Sean McHugh. A nasty piece of work, who likes to verbally abuse customers. Avoid at all costs.
