Our restaurant toilets were blocked in SE1 Southwark. Urgently needed this fixed as it was a busy Friday evening considering the world cup football. Adam from London City Drains came the same evening, he was so quiet and cautious, kept noise levels low and managed to unblock our toilets. This was a really great experience from a fantastic growing company.

We needed a specialist drainage team to investigate the ongoing issues with our stack in Chelsea SW10. London City Drains came with specialist CCTV equipment and after thorough investigation, they found the issue. Carried out high pressure water jetting and managed to resolve our drain issue. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Our Spa facility had a blocked toilet macerator in Shoreditch EC2A. We only have one toilet so was extremely lucky to get London City Drains come first thing 7am in the morning. Amazing team. Thank you.

Found our restaurant toilets in SE1 blocked when we came in on Tuesday morning. Message London City Drains and they responded immediately at 7am. Engineer came at 8:30am and cleared the blockage. Saved us from a lot of headache and stress. Such a relieve to have these guys who are extremely reliable and trustworthy. We didn’t have to go through the headache of closing the facilities because they came before opening to the public.

We only have one toilet in our apartment in Mayfair W1K and needed someone urgently to investigate the blocked toilet. Mohammad came the same day, managed to inspect the drain with CCTV and found a big chunk of wipes in the pipe which needed clearing. He was very detailed and thorough, thank you!
