Barry came out within half an hour and to clear our blocked drain. He spent extra time checking the main drain to make sure our drain was emptying in to it. Cleaned up afterwards. The cost was upfront, no hidden hourly charge and it didn’t feel that he was rushing. It felt like his priority was getting the job done right. I can absolutely recommend MCC drainage.

Having a blocked swage in the hottest day of the year over bank holiday wasn’t what we were expecting over the weekend , these guys showed up within 30 minutes when I contacted them and an hour later drain was unblocked and back yard disinfected and life back to normal highly recommend

We would definitely use MCC solutions again. They were easily contactable, were able to book an appointment for us asap, as we needed a cctv survey, to enable us to get a completed over all regularisation certificate from our local authority. After finding what can only be described as the apocalypse of a burst / overflowing sewage underneath our decking. Called Baz who had an engineer round within half an hour to asses the problem. This was later on in the evening, numerous problems found, decking taken up with care to not damage anything, the engineer wanted to continue late into the evening, even with lack of lighting. Came back the next afternoon and continued to apply the same professionalism, and determination to find the fault and clear the issue. Issue was resolved with the engineer then applying the same care in making sure the garden was cleaned, disinfected, and cleaned again, even checking on the neighbours garden and giving that a clean as well! Used Barry to resolve an overflowing external drain issue. They diagnosed quickly both a blockage and capacity issue. Used a jet wash to remove blockage and installed a new drain bowl for us. Service was speedy and reasonably priced with good comms. Would recommend.
