Shocking service, waited all day for engineer to arrive. Called at 12 to check and was bluntly told he will be there when he is there. Was told at 4pm he wasn’t coming. No apologies just told, it is what it is…..

Absolute shocking customer service. Serious were called out to sort out a septic tank. They came and emptied it but failed to then point out the pump had failed, therefore the tank was full within days. As they were asked to reolve the issue, not just to clean the tank out, I feel we were misold the service and the fact the engineer who attended did not advise to look at the control panel or even I spoke to Fraser Mclaren, who is apparently a manager there. Their response is that I need another call out to empty it (the cost was higher than the initial cost we paid as well it seemed to get hiked up - to confirm this was orignally £245.00 but as I had voiced my displeasure this was now £300.00 + £110.00 travel + Time on site!), which I felt was due to my part of relaying my displeasure with their service. His attitude was not very friendly and I was told 'do you want the service or not as I want to get off the phone.'

They emptied my tank (which is emptied every 18 month, as we are very careful with emptying regularly) the septic tank outlet is now no longer draining. Worked fine before they emptied the tank. Called them back to fix the problem and they are not interested in helping. Very poor service we won’t use them again. I see this has also happened to other reviewers. Take these reviews seriously as they have made it my problem to fix. You have been warned!! You only know the quality of a company when things don’t go right, in how they treat customers and in how they respond.

Always great service, prompt call outs this time particulary we needed help asap and we had a collection within 48hours. everyting was left clean and tidy, always been very happy with the service and attention to detail. Thank you again

Absolutely appalling company - they received a call from my mother who has dementia and charged her over £500 for a call out that should have cost around £150. When I called them back within an hour and explained the situation as well as requesting a cancellation due to their extortionate rates, the manager simply repeated that they'd explained the costs and she'd given them her credit card details and agreed. When I referenced her dementia, he simply said that someone else (her helper) was also on the call - something that should have raised alarm bells in itself! Disgusting behaviour from a company known to overcharge, according to our regular waste management company. Avoid.
