Southampton Drains24 - Your Local Drainage Experts

Southampton Drains24 is a family-run drainage company led by Oliver and Lon, who have over 28 years of combined experience. The engineers are Oliver, Lon, Addison, and Dillon. The company serves Southampton city and surrounding areas including Eastleigh, Hedge End, Chandler’s Ford, Totton, Shirley, Bitterne, and Romsey.

It works on residential and commercial properties including homes, rental properties, restaurants, offices, and schools. It uses no-dig repair techniques including CIPP drain lining. Main services include emergency callouts, blocked drain clearance, CCTV surveys, and full structural repairs.

Southampton Drains24 clears blocked drains, inspects sewers, removes roots and carries out drainage surveys for households and commercial premises across the Southampton area, and the feedback gathered from customers centres on how quickly problems are resolved. Dillon features repeatedly in accounts of emergency call-outs where water had backed up near a garden or within kitchen and utility areas; he cleared the obstruction and then examined the wider system to confirm correct flow.

Reviewers describe him as calm and professional under pressure, noting that he works without fuss. Oliver appears in accounts covering outside drains, root removal at a commercial property and a pre-purchase survey, where he arranged a prompt site visit so that a property purchase was not held up. Customers highlight punctuality and organisation, a camera report supplied after the work, and explanations that make technical findings straightforward for a buyer to follow.

Lon is praised for thoroughness during a sewer inspection and for expressing things simply. Tidiness comes up regularly, with premises left clean once the job is done. Politeness, efficiency and responsiveness run through the comments, as does the speed of reaction when a drain backs up without warning. The work ranges from routine unblocking through to full system checks.
