Just used Stubwood UK for the first time, and it definitely won't be the last !! Super efficient service, extremely pleasant staff, both in the office and the driver. The driver also gave me some very valuable information on exactly when and why our tank should emptied, something that none of the other companies we have used have shared !! Can't recommend this company highly enough.

Boxing Day late afternoon and Utter despair and panic with 14 family members arriving tomorrow and toilets backing up. No answer or call back from our usual tank company CJP Environmental…. They’ve lost a customer. Not only did Stubwood answer the phone but Adam called me back in 5 minutes after hearing the problem (he said he’d call back within 10 mins) and said they’d be with us within 90 minutes. My expectations were managed …, it was Boxing Day afterall…., but imagine my surprise when they turned up WITHIN 60 MINUTES. I will never be using anyone else again. Thank you STUBWOOD UK for ACTUALLY saving our Christmas.
