The blockage was cleared quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Shaun was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. I really appreciated the clear communication and excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable drain clearance company.
A great service from start to finish! They responded to my email query almost immediately and offered to come out that day. The work was carried out it by a great guy called Connor who was just so lovely and so good at his job. Fixed our problem quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend!

I’ve used Trent’s drains a few times in recent months, for bigger jobs and smaller ones including a new foul line inc manhole covers running the side of the whole house linking up to an existing foul line at the rear of our property, a lining repair on some old cracks to an old existing foul line, a blockage on a drain unblocked also, and a cctv survey to check it was all squeaky clean and repaired properly with video/photo footage supplied too show so after!!!! all expertly and politely carried out by their lads on site and efficiently organised by the girls in the office, on time, on budget and a pleasure to deal with!!! 100% recommend
