Excellent service from start to finish. Had our septic tank emptied within a few days of making the call. The driver called to say he was on his way and was very friendly and polite. A very positive experience and will definitely be using again.

Really prompt and efficient responses from Lucy when first approached. She then liaised direct with the venue so that the whole transaction was stress free. Toilets were ideal for the venue. Would definitely recommend Waterland.
