Drainage repairs and upgrades around Wallasey are handled by Wirral Drainage, and the feedback consistently centres on Howard and his crew. A handful of customers describe how promptly blockages are dealt with, recalling sewage backing up through a garden gully before an engineer arrived the same day. More than one review highlights the clear communication maintained before and during larger jobs, with households kept informed about what would happen and when. Detailed explanations are a recurring theme, whether a camera survey was run beneath a property or guidance was offered on locating and clearing a blockage.

Major excavation, replacement of failed pipe sections and upgrades to older systems are described as completed quickly to a high standard, with slabs and lawns lifted and made good afterwards. The friendly, professional manner of Howard and his sons is singled out, along with fair quotes and a willingness to talk through available options so that householders can make informed decisions. Problems such as failed pipework and building control matters are also handled, and customers note that advice is given freely, with follow-up contact welcomed.
