John came out on short notice to have a look at my drains and was a lot of help and very knowledgeable. He was able to help me with reports, a plan and CCTV footage. He was great.

Very prompt service replaced cracked gully done a thorough inspection on drain. John was very helpful and professional everything tidied. Excellent work would recommend.

We are so grateful to John, he is a true drain expert and solved a problem with the drains we had been battling for nearly 2 years and nobody else seemed to come up with an answer. John came round the day after I had contacted him and opened a manhole cover that no other company had been able to access and from here was able to solve the issue and repair the drains, all work completed within 48hrs and the issue completely resolved at last! John is very knowledgeable, we would 100% recommend.

Really amazing experience with APJ drainage. Rang for a quote on Monday for a survey to be completed on a house we’re buying, the appointment was booked for 4pm next day. Drain survey completed, which was provided promptly via email, including a detailed report of findings as well as cost of how much repairs would be. Drain videos also supplied within the email. Excellent service from start to finish. John and his team carried out repairs quickly, which was greatly appreciated as I was in the middle of a house sale. He even got in touch with Northumbrian Water for me to advise them of an issue outside of my property boundry. Very professional and reliable and I would highly recommend.
