Aquablast Drain Services Ltd

I organized Aquablast for my client because I was abroad. They unclogged the toilet drain for £150 which worked for a day or so. My client called panicking that it worth nothing so when I got back I visited her on Sunday. It was clearly blocked flooding the bathroom. I vacuumed up everything and took the adjacent soil pipe apart. In the first metre, in the 90⁰ bend there was a plastic tablet holder. Of course they hack the toilet paper and solids into peaces the water will go down and you get a good flush... Until you use the toilet again. They failed to carry out a thorough job which cost me £150, a lot of ugly cleaning up and the smell plus the stress. When I called them on Sunday they said they cannot guarantee success only if they install the soil pipes (I doubt they do much installations as a drain cleaner company) anyways... They wanted to upsale an other drain cleaning for £130 + £130 for a camera inspection. Don't have to say I refused the offer. Later they called me saying they believe it was a build up of limescale because it is typical for the area. I found the stuck object, wasn't hard just needed the willingness. It was expensive for a 30 minute job (£300/h?) I was told that I was going to get a call about my complaint over the phone, it's 4pm past now. This was the first time I used them and the last. Aqua Blast were excellent from start to finish. While we’re in the process of purchasing a property, we discovered a drain blockage and their team arrived within just a few hours. Outstanding Service from Start to Finish. This was my first experience with a septic tank, and I was understandably a little apprehensive. However, the service provided by this AquaBlast was absolutely first class. From the initial contact to completion, they were supportive, professional, and offered excellent advice throughout. The team arrived promptly as promised and carried out the work efficiently and with great professionalism. The supportive approach continued throughout the process, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I give this company my highest recommendation and will certainly continue to use their services in the future.

Aquablast provided a brilliant service, from the initial phone call to Jane she was able to get a team to come promptly first thing this morning. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful and they resolved the problem straightaway. Thank you I would highly recommend Aquablast.

Booked them 3 days prior. Promised we would be first & arrival would be between 8:30am & 9am. Said it would take about an hour. So with that info I took a half day from work. 12:30pm still haven't arrived as they went to other jobs first. So had to cancel. So lost half a days pay for no reason. Very poor
