We hired Aquafix Drainage London - 24/7 Emergency Drainage Services - Drain Unblocking & Clearance - Sewer Clearance in London leaking underground drains. He assured us the work would be completed promptly and properly, and that it came with a 15-year guarantee. Unfortunately, after repeated delays and excuses, an inspection by our insurance company revealed the repairs had not been carried out as promised. Several serious issues, including root ingress, displaced joints, and a collapsed gully, remain unresolved, despite being part of the agreed scope of work. We paid in full, but despite multiple attempts to contact him for follow-up, we received no response. We have since had to arrange and pay for additional repairs ourselves. Based on our experience, we do not recommend his services. We strongly advise others to proceed with caution and verify all work before making final payment.
Ali came to assess an issue with our toilet drains as we kept getting sewage slowly backing up with dirty intermittent smells. He came so quickly on a Friday evening, and found the issue incredibly quickly. He’s now sorted the issue and we are so impressed.
