Rich and Charlie were super helpful and friendly. They were great over the phone and quickly fit in a visit to check out the situation. They got several things sorted for us, and gave us info on our drains that multiple other people hadn't been able to confirm. The service was great value for money and we would definitely use Bates Drains again.
