I phoned Brad about a blocked drain he came the same day, unblocked the drain put a camera down and found more problems than I’d hoped. Price was agreed and true to his word was back the next day and worked his magic. All sorted with camera to prove. Would highly recommend his firm as office is highly efficient as well. I called Brad to fix my toilet which wasn’t secured properly to the floor after getting an emergency call out to fix a leak. He arrived the following day and immediately saw there was a bigger problem. The toilet had 2 flexi hoses connected and the waste from the toilet was not going out straight. He then went outside and investigated the drains and discovered that there was a gap in the drain section and the pipe had not been connected properly. He explained everything to me in detail and it turns out I’ve had the drain problem for probably 20 years which likely caused toilet leaks and drain blockages. He immediately got to work and fixed everything showing me exactly what he was doing and explained why. I am so glad for Brads professional curiosity as my problem was much bigger than a wobbly toilet. His work ethic is exceptional and he takes great pride in his work. His price was very good and I would definitely recommend Brad Tyler for any drainage or plumbing work.

Brad came out to us at the drop of a hat as he was in the area. We had a badly blocked drain, he cleared it really quicky and professionally, even cleaning everything up after himself. He was very experienced and knowledgeable - a brilliant service and would highly recommend

Brad was able to come and investigate and quote for the works required to excavate and replace the drain. The work was carried out quickly after to a high standard.
