We use CSG for servicing our sewage system and to empty the tank. A very good company to deal with, providing a personal and prompt service every time.
Unfortunately after 19 years a very poor service this time. They did not appear to knock the door when they arrived. They did not let me know when they where coming. I suspect they caused damage to the sewage system while they where here. They did not obtain a signature after they completed the task, although they new I was there. All in all, very disappointed this year.
CSG Damaged our gate entry system and at first took full accountability and were helpful however four months after being invoiced for the damage they said they would pay for they have still not Paid for contractors they authorised, so I have had to pay over £1200. They have told me repeatedly they would pay, but have not. Interesting that they demand almost immediate payment when they deliver their services, but are unable to pay their liabilities. Is there a cash flow problem? I’ve taken to trying to connect with senior management (CEO, Chair, Directors), to resolve a situation that began six months ago, but I’m finding them almost impossible to reach and I am left now with no other course of action but to take this to the small claims court. Why take responsibility for something and then not follow through, absolutely runs against their mission statement and Values.
