CSG Botley draws repeat custom from households needing their tanks emptied and sewage systems kept in working order, with drainage problems also within its remit. Operatives who attend are described as agreeable and professional, carrying out the work with minimal disruption and leaving the site tidy afterwards. Several customers comment on how swiftly requests are handled, one noting that a booking was answered promptly and a visit followed within a couple of days. The same people are called friendly and helpful, whether they are drivers or technicians, and efficiency is a frequent theme.

One householder with decades of experience of the firm reports that emptying has always been done without fuss or mess, while another account mentions that plant root ingress affecting a sump was pointed out during a visit. Regular servicing and emptying of the same system over successive years is a pattern that appears more than once, alongside general waste disposal from domestic tanks. The strongest thread running through the feedback is the personal, prompt attention that customers associate with the company, whether the job is routine or unexpected.
