4.7 / 5 · 52 totalThe 3 guys I have had to my Equestrian Centre over the last week have all been really nice people.We have a dog with nervous aggression here that I always make sure is muzzled & out way when different people come on to yard.Unfortunately the 1st guy gave me no prior warning & didn’t know was meant to but I think I just assumed when told turn around was 10-14 days when initially made booking that someone would call on day coming.Although it was bit manic on arrival he was really nice & didn’t make big deal over grumpy dog.🤣I have since had another 2 guys out & both have rung before hand so could put him away.Thanx guys.Good service.x
It's hard to get excited about a boring necessity like emptying a septic tank, but I have to say the people at the end of the telephone and the driver at the end of the nozzle are always helpful and friendly. Thank you!
Fantastic service from Martin when our septic tank was emptied this week. He was friendly (despite the appalling weather !}, considerate and very tidy - all much appreciated given that our tank is at the end of our neighbours garden and requires access through their property. 5 stars ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used CSG for the first time to empty my treatment tank , Martin done a good job cleaned the tank after being emptied, he rang me before arrival and was knowledgeable about the system, will definitely be using them again.
Each year we use CSG to empty our septic tank. Two same comments every year - excellent service from the driver: polite, considerate and efficient. The admin is always frustrating - you get an email to say a visit is planned, then one stating the date. No time identified, even when requested. I emailed to explain the times I would be available twice - no response or recognition it had been received. When the driver arrived he discovered my note, rang the office to ask if they had heard from me. On checking, they had, but not communicated to him, which meant he had to return later. Frustrating and a waste of his time.
