Harry has provided an excellent service from start to finish. After having issues with a previous company, Harry reassured us the issue would be resolved & was informative as to the steps he was taking to rectify the problem. I couldn’t recommend him enough & will be using his services again in the future.

Brilliant service and efficient, Marcus was great and polite. Called at midday and they had an engineer out In the next couple of hours.

Engineer was on site for about 15 minutes and claimed the blocked drain was fixed, but proper checks weren’t done and the bath wasn’t tested. When the bath was finally used three months later, the blockage was still there, showing the issue was never resolved. The company then hid behind “partial warranty” terms instead of taking responsibility. Paid for a repair with no proof it worked. Poor service and no accountability.

Sam came out as we had severe blockage in our drains , toilet & shower not clearing , he went above & beyond to try & find the problem & located the issue quickly , we are over the moon with service given , highly recommend superb service

Totally recommend Sam, he came out within the hour of me contacting Drain Doctor and sorted my blocked kitchen drain, was really helpful with future recommendations, cleared up well and is just a great guy. Customer service means alot these days and these guys certainly have excellent customer service.

Really helpful when we were stuck with a leak. Scott was very polite and friendly and took his time to explain what the issue was and what he needed to do to fix it. He was very transparent and offered us time to look at other quotes but we went back to him anyway as his service was so good. Highly recommended.
