I was racially abused by one of their staff, i sent head office an email and after 2 weeks i did not receive a response, i sent another follow up email and they still haven't responded. This is not how you treat customers. Edit: see attached picture, email sent on 18th june and then follow up on 2nd July. No reply to either email.
I had a problem with my car on Sunday evening. It wouldn't move because flat tyre and I was completely useless until two kind gentlemen Sam & Darryl came along asking if I want any help and saved my life by fixing my problem using there tools and helping me get to the tyre shop, all without any charge. May God bless you both Thank you so much, gentlemen.
Excellent work from Ryan and Kyle. Came out as I couldn’t use any water in my bathroom due to total blockage. These guys diagnosed the problem and cleared it within half hour. Very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Would most definitely use again. Well done guys!

Jeff and his mate came out to repair a water leak, it wasn't easy to locate and eventually it turned out there were two different pipes leaking, although they were both absolutely covered in mud they got on with the job, very friendly and cleaned up when they had finished, the next day a guy called Sam called and cleaned everything with a power washer, faultless 👍

Very quick and professional. Connor was his name. He was very sensitive to my disabilities. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up after himself. I definitely recommend this company for all draincare needs.
