When our toilet drain became blocked recently, I rang Terry based the his excellent google reviews. We weren't disappointed and we can concur with all the positive comments from the previous reviewers. Terry arrives when he says he's going to and fixes the problem at a very reasonable price. He is also very friendly and courteous and explains everything he is doing and the options available. Would definitely recommend Terry if you live anywhere near to Durham.

Called Terry late last night about our blocked drain and he was here first thing this morning, having texted to say on his way. We realised that our neighbours had same problem so he explained that it was a case for Northumbria Water as to do with the main drain. He duly called them on our behalf which was very kind and they were here within 2 hours. Took 4 hours to sort problem out but thankfully now done. Terry was so friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend him to anyone!

After trying unsuccessfully to unblock my sons drain yesterday evening ,I texted Terry at 10pm last night.He was here at 9.15 this morning and quickly diagnosed the problem.He is friendly ,experienced ,trustworthy and reliable.Would definitely use again.

Called Terry on Monday afternoon explaining the drain issue he said he would call on Tuesday afternoon and let me know half hour before arrival which he did. Terry is very polite and friendly and promptly found the problem and was all sorted and cleaned up hour or so later or the invoice was very reasonable. I would have no problem calling Terry in the future and I would highly recommend Terry at Drainfix to anyone top class service 👍

Friendly and efficient. Turned up on time and got to work straight away. What an honest man Terry is. It transpired the problem was not to do with my drain but several others were backing up also, from the main drain. He phoned Northumbrian Water for me and they came a couple of hours later to fix the issue. I expect there are a few people in the street feeling happier now! Thank you so much Terry. Called Terry on the Wednesday night due to a blocked drain on the outside of the house. Said he would be there the following afternoon and he'd text before arriving. True to his word and had the job done within half an hour. Very pleasant guy.
