GSB Drainage

GSB Drainage is a local independent drainage company founded in 2022. It is owned and operated by Graham Bott, who has over five years of hands-on experience in the drainage industry. The company is fully insured and serves clients across Southampton, Portsmouth, Lymington, Winchester, Romsey, Fareham, Gosport, Andover, Newbury, Salisbury, Basingstoke, Bournemouth, Ringwood, Alton, and Dorset.

Services include drain unblocking, CCTV drain surveys, drain relining, and drain repairs. Blocked drains are cleared using high pressure water jetting, drain rods, and mechanical augers and snakes.

Prompt, friendly expertise is the theme that recurs most across accounts of GSB Drainage in Southampton, with Graham Bott named again and again for arriving when he said he would and explaining the work in plain terms. Customers writing about their orders describe blocked bath drains, slow waste pipes and suspected blockages that turned out to be something more serious, including a manhole hidden by a previous owner and defects at a new build property that earlier inspections had missed.

Reviewers frequently point to the jetter and camera used to locate and clear the cause rather than simply rodding the line, and note that advice was given on following matters up with Southern Water and on other faults likely to cause backing up later. Praise centres on clear quotes and charges described as reasonable or competitive, on patience with elderly customers, and on politeness towards neighbours whose drains were also checked.

Purchasers of a house with multiple defects describe a difficult situation being sorted out by Graham and his team, and one reviewer notes that a non-emergency call was still attended within a few hours. Tidiness, unhurried explanations and an evident depth of knowledge run through the feedback, as does the sense that problems were diagnosed correctly rather than treated as a simple blockage.
