Exceptional and fast service, Kevin who sorted our tank had great knowledge about the septic tank and was very informative from initial contact and the quick efficient when accessing and emptying our tank. Fantastic service, can't fault these guys. The team in the office were really helpful (and very patient with all of my uneducated questions!), and the gentleman that came to the property to empty the septic tank was really friendly and helpful too. I work odd hours so I needed to do everything via email rather than by phone, but I never had to wait long for a response. Highly recommend 👌

Following some issues with our drains, which we identified as a septic tank issue, we contacted Heilan Loos to get it emptied. The team could not have been more helpful - they did their absolute best to get us sorted as soon as possible and - amazingly - contacted me a day earlier than planned to say "if it's convenient we can come over now" (er, of course it is, on you go!) The guy that came was really helpful and professional; he established the cause of the problem and showed me a work-around, before emptying the tank and tidying up. And all this done before my wife gets home today from her trip south, phew! Nothing but good things to say about this lot - absolute stars, would totally recommend. Excuse me if I don't add photos of my septic tank. Maybe just use your imagination...
