Our architects recommend J Snow to us (we needed a drainage survey done), and I am pleased to say the experience was great. Louis attended, was on-time, so professional and helped us to work through a few problems. The office were great to deal with, overall a great experience. Very happy to recommend them.

I have used JSD Solutions now a few times, having had complications with my drains which required awkward cleaning and patching. They are a really nice team, honest, efficient, happy to explain the problem and the solution, tidy, courteous and trustworthy. They are perfectly priced too. What more do you want? I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
I can’t thank J Snow Drainage Solutions enough. From producing a very detailed survey of all the drains on our house to returning to carrying out a range of repairs, the team were excellent throughout. Communications were very good, the team were friendly, professional, hardworking, tidy and highly effective in resolving a problem that other companies had even failed to identify. Work was completed to the agreed schedule. I was kept up to date with progress and able to see the CCTV survey of the work completed. The pricing was very reasonable. Very highly recommended.
Got the job done on first call out and received valuable feedback from the engineer on site. Fantastic communication. Very fair pricing - quoted initially higher as expected to do a CCTV scan as part of the job, but as they were unable to carry out the scan due to site conditions, they charged me a lower amount. All round 5 stars.
