London Emergency Drainage LTD

London Emergency Drainage LTD has operated in drainage services for 12 years and covers all 32 London boroughs. Its services include emergency drain unblocking, CCTV drain surveys, high-pressure jetting, drain repairs and relining, and blocked toilet and sink services.

Engineers are Gas Safe registered and the company is fully insured. Every repair is backed by a written workmanship guarantee. The company does not use subcontractors. Its vans carry jetting, CCTV and repair equipment for first-visit fixes. A fixed price is agreed before work starts, and a free call-out is offered when booked.

London Emergency Drainage LTD is described by customers as a drainage specialist that responds quickly when a blockage strikes, with several accounts of engineers arriving within an hour of a call and clearing problems such as blocked sinks, main drains and overnight clogs. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the speed of the work, with one drain unblocked in around ten minutes and another in half an hour, as well as the thoroughness of the engineers, who use jetting equipment, check that everything is flowing properly before leaving and send camera footage along with a written report that can be passed to insurers.

Customers often mention fair, reasonable pricing for the service provided, and the politeness and attentiveness of the team, with Eliyas and Rory both named for arriving promptly, explaining the fault and resolving it so that no further problems followed. The business, listed as a plumber and property maintenance service, is praised for being professional and helpful across repeat visits, handling emergencies without fuss and leaving homes tidy after a job. One thing mentioned again and again is the reassurance of a lasting fix, with customers noting that drains have stayed clear since the visit.
