I recently had a drainage issue and Yorkshire Water initially visited the property and advised that it was a private matter. I found Andy’s number online, and he came out promptly to investigate and fix the problem. During the process, he identified that the issue had actually been caused by a junction patch carried out by Yorkshire Water. He contacted Yorkshire Water directly, explained the situation, and they agreed to resolve the issue. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I would definitely use his services again without hesitation.
Called Andy out for a blocked drain, which after jetting and further investigation turned out to be a mains blockage. Instead of saying you need to call the water board he went above and beyond and called them for me told them how and where it was blocked without extra charge, highly recommend

Andy was great - he got stuck in straight away on what was honestly a bit of a rank job and he was really helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly identified an issue that had been caused by the local water board botching a patch job, blocking my drain and causing 💩 to flood my cellar and has been supportive in ringing them, explaining what’s gone on, and getting the issue sorted, and offering to talk to them on the phone when they come back to fix their mistake later today. His pricing is far more reasonable than others we’d got quotes off, and he was also just a nice bloke overall, which is always a bonus - took his time to explain exactly what had happened and what needs to happen next. Exactly the sort of tradesperson you need during a really stressful and embarrassing time!
