Great team and very happy with work replacing old tank with new treatment unit. Minimum disruption and every effort made to put garden back as it was. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, excellent knowledge of government regulations and did everything to help as much as possible, 2 lads that came and done the job ben and micheal had perfect communication got on with the job quick and left the area neat and tidy.

It isn’t often that a firm delivers what it promises, when it promises, and at a very fair price, too. From the boss to every team member on site, and the office inbetween, everyone was a delight to deal with. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new GRAF sewage treatment plant.

We have also just had a Graf Water Treatment system fitted by Septic Tanks North West and I could not recommend them highly enough. Specifically, Lawrence and Lee did a superb job not only with the extensive groundworks involved but also with installation of the new system and, just as importantly from our perspective, leaving the farm yard, garden and grounds in a state almost as if they hadn't been here ! Lawrence is an absolute master on a Kubota digger by the way too !

We recently had a Graf One 2 Clean water treatment plant installed by Septic Tanks North West and from start to finish they were amazing! Andrew was so helpful and kept in touch with timescales etc. Lawrence and Lee installed the tank, they were so professional and conscientious, conditions weren’t easy as the ground was so wet and we are on heavy clay soil. They tidied the ground up so well when they finished you would hardly have known they had been there.
