He took the time to resolve the issue and was happy to talk through the process which was very reassuring. Tom worked hard to resolve the issue for us and solve something they had caused us quite a lot of stress. He was great as were our dealings with the office who arranged the visit. The whole service was very professional and we’d 100% use the company again.
A pleasent experience in an unfortunate situation. Communication was clear, concise and effective, and the service provided was excellent. Ryan was very skilled in identifying the the leaking issue and fixed it in a timely manner whilst explaining everything in a way I could understand too. If you've not used their services, you are missing out!
