Great service from Howard at Wirral Drainage. Gave him a call at 8 o’clock in the morning. By 1 o’clock he had cleared my backed up drain. Left everywhere clean and tidy. Gave me some great advice. Would definitely recommend him.
My toilets were backing up through the garden gully. The gent from Wirral Drainage came out, he was super polite and helpful, gave me detailed instructions on where the blockage might be, where to dig. He didn't even charge me for the visit. Following his advice I dug up all the gunk and unblocked the drain. I'm greatful for his help, wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I can't fix the trouble myself. Recommended!
Howard is fantastic, great at communication and keeping us updated on when he'd be there and what needed to happen. Replaced a blocked and failed section of drainage pipe, made good in the garden, and provided advice on all aspects of work relating to building control and utilities. I've used Howard a few times and will again. Easy to work with and fully recommended.
