Daryl and his team were absolutely brilliant. Having been given bad advice they were straightforward to deal with. Knew exactly what was required. Pressure cleared the existing blocked drain and added an ACO drain to help with run off from the sloping yard. Highly recommend this company.

Great friendly service and got us out of a pickle. Own some self catering accommodation in York city centre and discovered at 10.30 the drain had blocked. Guests due at 3pm so needed help quick. They came sorted the problem and were away before the guest arrived Fantastic service

Darryl and his sons-in-law were BRILLIANT. I live in an old semi-detached cottage with shared pipes with a neighbour. We had a bad internal block and there was no obvious access to the pipes - it resulted in lots of camera work, multiple manhole inspections and finally, a successful visit to the roof to gain access to the soil stack. They really stuck at it and didn't give up when it was very complicated. I am very grateful and they kept me updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend them...

I had just received news my parent is on a pathway , everything seemed to be going wrong 4 toilets , shower and water coming up bath , sinks , obviously a blockage , I have used this company before. I rang and The Gentleman said he could come next day . I explained my situation and he said he would be around straight away , bearing in mind he had just finished work and Friday weather was raining considerably He fixed the blockage , took an hour , he was wet , probably cold . My parent is so ill and I have been round the clock caring , so my delay in Thanking this kind man is due to that . You never forget kindness , it should have been around £140 , he did it for free and said on occasions he was aware of other people’s pain . I won’t forget and when I can go out hope to try to initiate payment .Thank-you so much for your act of kindness , it is something people are often missing .Thank you Please use this company , for a moment his kindness gave me hope in society kindness and time is often forgotten by many

Alan from York City Drainage came out today to sort our blocked drains. He couldn’t have been more helpful and 100% sorted the problem. He also took some camera footage to share with Yorkshire Water which we can use to sort a tree root problem outside of our boundary. His service includes speaking with YW if we don’t get the response we need from them to sort their side of it. Great company

Stellar experience. We had originally used a national company but wanted a second opinion after the national company recommended £000s of work to dig up our house (and said it could go to £20k!!!). The experience Vs these guys was absolutely night and day. Alan was knowledgeable, professional, put us at ease, considered the house as a whole and gave us a recommended course of action that made complete sense and felt joined up with other trades eg plumber. We feel completely ripped off by the previous outfit and extremely glad we sought Alan and Darryl's expertise. Thoroughly recommend
