About Drains

Ordinarily I don't waste my time leaving reviews, but feel I should on this occasion. I have had a blocked drain on and off for about 3 years, due to fat coming out of my dishwasher and blocking it. So thought I'd use John after a recommendation on FB. He came early next morning (sunday), and had my drain sorted in no time at all and a very reasonable cost too. I would much rather use this independent business than give it to a big corporate company. Thanks again John.

John from About Drains Ltd was absolutely amazing. He’s such a lovely, down-to-earth bloke and made a really stressful situation so much easier. He explained everything clearly, talked me through the whole process, and made sure I understood what was going on. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Called them at 1pm they were with us same day! Called us when they were on their way which is so appreciated. They were here for best part of 30 minutes all fixed, give us so much information and helpful tips, definitely recommend

Came out looked at work to be done. When I followed up, he said he was interested and would send quote. He never did. I quit looking because I thought he was going to do the job. Now I am back to square one three weeks off schedule.
