Unreliable. Visited to assess work needing to be undertaken; made firm arrangements to call and repair bathroom wash hand basin fittings and blocked pipework. NO SHOW! NO TEXT! NO PHONE CALL! DOESN'T DESERVE ONE STAR RATING POSTED!!
