We were very stressed about our drain situation. A blockage that led to weeks of a living nightmare. After numerous visits from different plumbers and drainage engineers from different companies, it was apparent that no-one wanted to tackle our job. We had an underground soil pipe that had separated from the waste down pipe along with cracked underground pipes. The worst thing was that these pipes ran from inside an internal cupboard in our kitchen and under our house. Sewage was collecting under the house because of the gap where the pipes weren't attached. The cherry on the cake was when the 1st drainage engineer (from another company) came to clear the blockage and he got a rod stuck in the pipe! After weeks of living with the stench of sewage and tormenting sewage flies the Aquabelast team came to the rescue. Such a professional team of people, all efficient at their jobs. From the call handlers to the surveyor and especially the drainage engineers that did the job. Jason and Jay were amazing. They reassured us with their confidence and experience, explaining exactly what they were doing and needed to do every step of the way. Although this was a difficult job, because of access, with such a tight space to work in, they were so positive and nothing was a problem to them. Once they had heard our story they were adamant they were going to not only do the job but see it through until the end. They gave us hope. Jason and Jay worked hard for 2 days. They were professional, polite, great communicators, considerate, thoughtful, clean and tidy and efficient, excelling at their job. The team work between them was admirable. They covered our hallway and kichen floors, kichen units and surfaces with film. They cleaned up when they had finished both days, making things easier for us. They kept us up-to-date every step of the way. They did an excellent job, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Absolute first class service from this company!! ⭐️ Lukasz and Louis turned up and worked so hard to make sure our drains were clear and working! Thank you 🙏🏼 We had been unable to use our house for a week due to our insurance company repeatedly sending the wrong engineers to fix the issue. We live in a very old house so this was a tricky job with limited access which meant the only option was to work from inside the property. Lukasz was the muscle and Louis ran back and forth getting all sorts of equipment as required. They were respectful of our property, made minimal mess and were very polite and professional. In the end we had an amazingly clear view of the drains, a detailed explanation, the blockage was cleared and a report to the insurance company was submitted in respect to remedial works to prevent further issues. Lukasz and Louis we cannot thank you enough for your efforts, and we hope your journey home was safe.

This company does not exist at this address. Went over to building to enquire about a blocked drain. This building is made up of private flats and has no office, so being used as a ghost address. Google should remove as they are based in Weston Super Mere!!
