The job was completed on time and as described, with minimal fuss and disruption. If the need arose again (hope it doesn't!), we wouldn't hesitate to call BSA. Five stars are rightly deserved.
We were very luck to find Nick. We needed to install a new septic tank and drainage works when we just moved in. A one stop solution who was sensibly priced. I enjoyed the professional and hands on approach from Nick. He's done a lot of work across Warwickshire and West Midlands. A clear start and finish date and was set following a free survey. Peace of mind for sure. He will be back once a year to tidy up the ditches and check the septic tanks

Once again an absolute delight to deal with Nik who came to do the service on my treatment plant. Nik is courteous, informative and smiled throughout the service, despite him being out in the freezing weather! Thanks again for everything.
