He arrived promptly, no mean feat when you have to drive 160 miles in today’s traffic. Richard worked diligently, inspecting all aspects of the tank. He detected and corrected an installation oversight, checked the alarm system and renewed a filter. He was very polite and professional. He advised that we get the tank emptied, which I am in the process of arranging. He explained the preferred “balanced” method of emptying a tank of this design. It is always a pleasure when you get someone so knowledgeable to undertake work for you. I would highly recommend him. The following year, 2026, the annual service was again performed by Cotterill Environmental. This time the engineer was Dylan Chandler. Dylan was prompt, polite and professional. It is a pleasure to have work done by this company. Many thanks.
Very pleasant young man came to service our sewage treatment plant; the work was carried out very efficiently and a detailed report produced once the job was completed. No problems and very happy with the service.
We had to have some work done on our fairly old Klargester. Peter was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Richard and Peter did the corrective work required in a very professional manner. After being completely let down by the original installers of our pump system - I found Cotterill - I have dealt with Liam, Peter and Dylan and they have all performed exceptionally well. Knowledgeable, responsive and nice people to deal with. They have won a customer - would absolutely recommend.
I wasn't happy when the people who installed our septic system passed us over to Cotterill's to repair it. However we were really impressed with the engineer that came out. He had already seen photos of our system from the installer and we were very pleased with the repair. Would definitely use them again.
Efficient and friendly service, knowing exactly what was needed to complete the work. Communication was excellent. Cotterill are prepared to travel out of the immediate area, so I would definitely recommend this company .
