Celtic Waste limited - Septic tank emptying Aberystwyth

Steve and team are awesome! They are professional, fairly priced, and they know their trade well. We called them this morning to ask for a septic tank clearance, just over an hour later, they show up! Septic tank cleared, all drains checked and tested. We’re good now for another 2 years. The guy who came was so polite and friendly. This is a great business to deal with. Thank you to you all. You provide an excellent and essential service.

We have been dealing with Steve and Richard who have been dealing with an issue on a treatment plant on a house in wales that we are purchasing. Im very new to having a sceptic tank so was not really sure what to expect re emptying , price etc. I got in touch and it could not have been more straightforward. I was booked in for a couple of days time. On the day there had been a hold up by a 3rd party meaning the truck was running a litte behind. They asked if it was still ok as it was going to be a little later. Always nice so you know whats going on. The young chap arrived and set up and as i exlplained i knew very litte about how it worked and what to check for etc. He showed/ explained how it all worked. So im far more confident in my knowledge now when checking all is working ok. Very quick and tidy job done filter cleaned so i now know how to do it. The invoice arrived today and im more than happy with the cost. Pleasantly suprised is more like it. Brilliant customer service all round. Will definately be getting my custom in the future. Im on their reminder list now so again i dont need to worry. Excellant service.

They discovered a problem with our septic tank. It took a while for them to resolve the problem, but when they did come they did a thorough job and were able to empty the tank. Not a job many of us would do !
